I'm not an Italian food fan, but this place could convert anyone! Wonderful homemade pasta with the finest ingredients. Anything they make with lemon and seafood has been divine. Great salads too. Both thumbs up for this charming little cafe.

Hands down this is some of the best Italian cooking I have ever eaten. James the owner does all of the cooking himself homemade mozzarella lemon ricotta cookies, homemade lasagna and so much more this is a must go to place. Paisano's is our favorite place to go when we're in Rogue River.

Visiting in the area and my wife and after a long tired day of driving, our hotel suggested this cute little place to eat. We decided to stretch our legs and walk over ( about a half a mile walk to the restaurant ). When arriving we were shocked that our hotel after recommending this eatery, didn't tell us they were already closed for the night. Disappointed, we were about to turn away hungry and walk back when the owner opened the door asked if we were hungry and fed us like royalty. He set us up outside and it was the most delicious peaceful romantic meal I've had in a long time with my wife. Food was great- awesome service , thank you for going above and beyond - total class!

We were staying at the hotel across the street, and we found this place on Yelp. It had such good reviews, we had to try it. The reviews were right - this place is AMAZING! We made a reservation, not sure how busy they would be, and were glad we did. The tables were all full. We were greeted warmly, checked on throughout our meal. By far the best service we have had in a long time - and they were all young guys running the show - great job! I had the shrimp fettuccine, which is my favorite, and it did not disappoint. The portions were huge and it was so good! My husband had the lasagna, which he loved as well. We got a small loaf of the garlic bread, and two of their lemon ricotta cookies. The cookies were so yummy and moist! Next time we are in the area, we will be back for sure!!!

Everything is fresh and amazing. I enjoyed a nice house salad with various local heirloom tomatoes. Followed my warm garlic bread and the organic spinach and cheese ravioli. We paired our meals with a great Italian wine for a memorable dinner with friends. Definitely will be back for the great service and fresh food. They even have it to go!

Located in a strip center, is where you can find some of the very best Italian food around the area. This is a family run business, the owners son waited on our family. A small cafe and tight seating area with just a handful of tables. The place was packed the evening of our visit, and one of the regulars was kind enough to move over to a two top, to allow our party of five to squeeze together around a four top by the window. The regulars were quick to help us figure things out, this is walk up counter service, you place your order a grab a seat. There are several Italian standards on the board menu as well as fresh daily specials on the chalkboard by the register. They serve wine by the glass, as well as by the bottle, along with a variety of soft drinks, waters and juices in the self service display box cooler. You pay for your food after your meal. We placed our orders at the counter, everything is made fresh to order, and even crowded it only took 18-20 minutes tops, for our food to be served. Everything looked great and the aromas from all the dishes were wonderful. My wife had two different kinds of ravioli's, a cheese stuffed with creme sauce and a meat stuffed with red sauce, she said it was great and my taste of each was wonderfully flavorful. The mom in-law ordered the Lasagna, it was a hearty portion of layers and layers of amazing flavors, she said it was delicious and more than she could finish. My father in-law ordered the Spicy sausage with pasta and sauce, it looked great, smelled amazing and by the look of his plate at the end (empty) it must have been delicious (he did not share!). Myself, I tired one of the specials of the night, the organic chicken stuffed ravioli in an alfredo creme sauce, it was a great meal. Nice sized hand made raviolis with just the right amount of chicken and cheese stuffing, each pasta bite was great, there was no need for a to go box... All in all we had a great casual dining experience here and plan to return when we are in town. This place is a wonderful cafe and it felt like eating dinner at a friend's, with lots of regulars, and lots of great food. Well worth a stop, and a wait if you have to, you can call ahead and reserve a table, something one of the regulars shared. 00275

How is it I haven't rated Paisano's before? It's SOOOOO good! Homemade mozzarella cheese, a marinara that tastes like a well-seasoned long-simmered sauce, and huge portions. This is one of our favorite places. Sure, you get your meal in a cardboard box and the restaurant is tiny. I suspect it won't be for long. Word about great eats gets around. I almost always get the Eggplant Parmesan which is fantastic, but they were out today and tried the Primavera instead. Also fabulous -- very cheesy and garlicky with fresh sauteed beans, pea pods, broccoli and their best-anywhere marinara. My husband is a die-hard meat eater and loves the Meatballs and Hot Italian Sausage. He avoids carbs so orders it with just stir-fried fresh veggies. Everything is great and service is quick. Traveling I-5? It will take you 5-10 minutes to get your food and you can be back in the car toodling to points unknown. Enjoy!

Tried it for the first time. We used the Yelp deal and we are so glad we did! The kitchen was run by the owners sons and the food was absolutely delicious! Service was excellent & they were so helpful in answering our questions. The meal from the salad to the Eggplant Parm & garlic bread was made well, flavorful & filling! We will be back!

House made pasta in lasagna is alone reason to stop. Portions large so share lasagna with a friend and split a meatball. Even the gluten free pasta was delicious. This is a hidden gem. Well worth the stop.

  • John A.

The meat ball sand which is awesome!!! I also tried the tomato soup, very good texture and lot of basil. Both items where filling, had to take desert to go. The gluten free carrot cake was also outstanding. It's hard to find, but the town is not that big.

Visiting friends in neighboring Grants Pass we weren't overwhelmed with what was available. Yelp as usual did not disappoint we made the quick 15 minute drive to Rouge River and had a fabulous meal. Based on the reviews I re severed a table and we were good to go From the outside its in a strip center. But most of the town is in a strip center. It was great meal super friendly staff who genuinely welcome you to their small place Everything we ordered. The lasagne baked ziti and the Chicken Penne bake. All were top notch and we had plenty of left overs Good option from the usual burger /pizza offerings in the valley

I enjoyed an affordable and very tasty dinner. The hospitality certainly matched the food. (Thank you!) The interior... 'funky casual' with just enough 'tacky' to make me feel right at home. While it's tough to see the river, Ray's Food Place looms large outside the window. This is the real deal folks - an owner operated hole in the wall servicing up great Italian comfort food. Oh I almost forgot, the food appears to be served in cardboard to-go containers. Turns out they're actually made from recycled wine bottle corks! Gotta love Oregon. Five stars with a pleasure.

THE BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN SOUTHERN OREGON! So happy the clever Mr. Picky found Piasano's. Our first time in any restaurant Mr. Picky wants to order everything on the menu! The super nice lady walked us through all the questions we had. Lunches came quickly. Mr. Picky loved his piping hot lasagna and Mrs. Picky dispatched her spaghetti in marinara sauce to the last noodle. Both dishes absolutely brilliant! The marinara sauce delicious and beyond anything I'd ever had before. Don't pass the lemon cookies up! Piasano's faces Ray's market and you will not see it on Main. So travel as if you're driving to that market. Next time we hope it won't be 100 degrees so we can eat outside.

First impressions are always so important. This small cafe style restaurant is fully packed with the right ingredients. Staff is young and happy to please even during the rush of hungry patrons. We made reservations and found a well placed table ready for us on arrival. The food was served deli style in boxes and take out containers. Our three meals came well prepared and tasty. Overall; good fresh and tasty food, great staff and a fun place to go for casual dinning. Easy access for travelers, right off of Hwy 5. We all enjoyed this culinary experience!! We will be back

What a great little find. This place is a new stop for us as we move in to our new Southern Oregon home. Great italian food was high on our list of restaurants we had to find before considering where to live. After speaking with the locals, we kept hearing the name "Paisano's" and figured we'd give it a try. I mean reviews are helpful, but there's nothing like sampling the dishes for yourself. The place was slightly off-putting due to its location in a shabby strip mall, but the smell of their garlic bread kept us on track and we went in. I will tell you it's not the place to have a romantic anniversary dinner and the ambiance is more suited for lunch, but trust me when I say the food is worth looking beyond any shortcomings of the setting. We ordered the house lasagna and a daily special of mushroom and meatball pasta. Both were served up fresh, hot and looked good even in a cardboard box. It was lunchtime and I believe at dinner they do serve on china plates. Both entrees were fantastic and I'd recommend to anyone within a 30 mile radius. James (the owner/chef) gave us a sample of their custom sausage blend and it was amazing too. P.S. Don't miss out on their homemade lemon and ricotta cookies in the chiller. Great tang with just enough sweetness from the hand-frosted topping.

I have to say, when I walked into Paisano's I had my doubts. But after tasting their house made marinara, spicy Italian sausage Lasagna I left those doubts far behind me...and the Proprieter set me up with a paired glass of wine for the experience. It just worked. Again, very unpretentious atmosphere, but the food...I am stuffed but can't stop eating!!!!

  • Greg T.

You approach the counter after searching the streets to find the place, in the back side of a strip mall across from a grocery store and plant store, next to a pizza place. The menus is on the ordering desk and chalk board behind the order taker. He gives you clues to what is good, or not available due to sell out (the lasagna was sold out for us at 7:15 pm). We ordered primavera with spaghetti and so many fresh vegetables and scrumptious marinara sauce that they say is home made. One order with the garlic bread and side salad was enough for two people. The lemon ricotta cookie was soooo tasty. If you are anywhere near here, stop and eat.

This is a must eat stop! Staying nearby and saw this place on Yelp. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs to share (good thing) 1/2 order garlic bread and two small salads. Where to begin! Salads so fresh, no iceberg... fresh greens, arugula, spinach, summer squash slices, dill, cherry tomatoes... absolutely fresh. Bread was buttery with diced garlic browned on the slices. Sauce was rich and tangy. Meatballs firm texture with "simmered all day" flavor. Pasta firm and cooked perfectly. Wish I wasn't just passing through. .. a true gem!

  • Breeauna G.

We heard great things and had to check it out. I got their cheese raviolis with half red sauce, half Alfredo sauce and a bloop of pesto in the middle and it was amazing! Someone said it perfect earlier this place is a hidden gem! Their deserts are delicious!! Great pricing, great service and great food all around. Keep in mind it has more of a Caffè setting and is small. It's locally owned with fresh homemade taste!

  • Gordon O.

Mama mia. Small town. Big Italian flavor. That's paisanos. Meatballs are large well spiced and delicious. Eggplant fresh. Shrimp top of the market. Pasta is cooked al dente.. consistently on 6 visits. The salad add ons to the meals for just 3.00 are a deal and very fresh with seasonal greens amd veggies. Ma rinara and red sauces are northern in style. The Alfredo is correctly creamy. Sausage is local and well cooked. Desserts are cake. .homemade.. but try the lemon cookies and ask for hazelnut cookies. That's just right after a big meal. Prices run 10 to 20 per entree.. very fair. Which is why people come here from all over . It is self service so this is not white glove time. But you will find something else.. A find

After reading all of the rave reviews, I was super excited to try this place out. I don't know if it's because of this "heat wave" that is sweeping Southern Oregon or what, but we were disappointed. First, they were out of eggplant Parmesan, and my husband, being vegetarian, settled for the Primavera. About 15 minutes later, they come out to tell him that the vegetables aren't fresh so it will be another 15 minutes or he can order something else. During that wait, we tried to get water, but they were out of cold water so he gave us tap water - no ice. So, hubby canceled his order. On a good note, the spaghetti that I ordered was REALLY yummy and a good portion size. I hope this was just a bad day for the restaurant and not a changing experience.

Hidden gem. Tucked away in a shopping mall but worth finding!! We are visiting from Manhattan and is put this up against just about any Italian place in NYC. Wife had fresh caught cod and daughter had lasagna. Both excellent!!! Very cozy place with the owner very much hands on. Well worth the 15 mins drive over from Grants Pass!!

We spent the night in Rogue River City on our way home from WA. We read the reviews and decided to give it a try. The food was delicious, the portions generous and very reasonably priced! My sons shared the spaghetti and meatballs and thoroughly enjoyed every bite! I loved the arancini and my husband also loved his sandwich. The owner was friendly and came to the table with free dessert! I highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely go back!

  • Frogorama G.

I ordered Eggplant Parmesan which was pretty good, my husband got Fettuccine Alfredo which was great. We also ordered a 'loaf' of Garlic Bread which is about 2-3 servings, it definitely needed more garlic to suit my tastes. The restaurant seems out of place since it's in a strip-mall, but they've done well with the decor. Service was lacking, which is why I only gave three stars and a $1 tip. The food was put in to-go boxes even though we were eating in. There was no silverware on the tables, and the waiter never checked on us. The prices were reasonable. It was worth a try, but not a place I would go out of my way to eat at again.

Generous portions of quality food at very reasonable prices made by people who understand Italian cuisine. They remember me from visit to visit. They care about their work. This is the real deal.

I love this restaurant. I haven't had a meal that was less than fantastic. Try the Cannoli (Friday, but call ahead) they are fabulous. Their house red wine makes me smile. They are always friendly and will offer samples when available. That is how I tried my first Cannoli.

This place is amazing. The deep rich flavors of their sauces, especially the bolognese, take me back to the homecooked Italian food I grew up on in Long Island. We were there for the weekend table dinner service. You could tell it was a family run place that really cared about their food and each customer. James, the owner and chef, is welcoming and friendly, and came out to check on how everyone was doing. Very personal touch. Best authentic Italian food I've had in years. The whole family raved about it. Get their specials for the evening or whatever they recommend. Everything was excellent. Took back leftovers and ate them another night. Reheated, they were still rich and delicious.

Very nice deli-style eatery. We had lasagna and shrimp Alfredo. Both meals came out warm delicious we ordered a side of garlic bread which was excellent. The wine selection was great we tasted a couple different ones before choosing a glass. The prices are very reasonable overall was a great dining experience will return very soon for more Oh lemon cookies are the s***!

This was a great surprise! Food was fresh and cooked to order. Very casual with to-go boxes for plates, but well worth it. The owner was very friendly and basically does it all in the service dept. We will return for sure and hope you'll give it a try.

  • Don D.

Excellent food that is authentic, fresh, and tasty! The location is in a shopping area and the restaurant itself is simple, with seating but everything is boxed to-go. Worth the trip!

  • David D.

Great place. This is no fancy place, but the food is good, honest, and there is a ton of it. The owner is really nice and his boys are great. Nice family place with very good food at decent prices. Mon - Thurs they serve in to-go boxes with more traditional service on weekends. But if you can manage to not get your panties in a twist over that, you will enjoy this place greatly. Would give 5 stars but that 5th star should be saved for truly exceptional places.

If you're exploring the Rogue River, this was a great place to stop and eat some solid pasta. This is not a fancy Italian sit down restaurant, but it tastes like the Italian mother's kitchen you wish you had at meal time. The place is counter service (go to the counter, order your sandwich, pasta, salad, etc), then sit down and wait for them to bring your food out. The pasta comes in square to-go cardboard boxes--informal. And ready to go home if there are leftovers! The staff checks in on you, and the owner comes out during breaks to ask (genuinely) how the food tastes to your liking. This is like Japan in this way--where the owner/chef cares about your food experience. After a lot of high-falutin places that don't seem to care--this was a key part of our experience at Paisano. There do seem to be a lot of repeat customers. Many ordered pizzas. The salads looked good. The wifi is fast, free, and good there. Overall, I was surprised that our total check was a bit higher than expected somehow, but we did order garlic bread and wine. Order Summary: Gnocchi shrimp arrabiata, with arugula (special on the board): delicious. well worth it and satisfying. well worth $11. the shrimp tasted great! Spaghetti and Meatball: Solid. Not of my childhood (which has more sauce and sweetness), but this is more authentically a pomodoro sauce. pretty darn good, esp for $9. The meatball is one big, good one. Garlic Bread--maybe they could work on this one? I make better garlic bread at home using Safeway bread! The bread was a bit heavy and not enough garlic/buttery goodness. I wanted the bread to be fresh, carbo-y, and less dense/heavy. The half loaf cost $2, and the full $3. I'd probably skip this until they improve this. Glass of Barbera wine: excellent, esp for $8. This glass was recommended by the owner when we asked for something dry--and it was excellent. He even let us sample it before committing. Service: An owner who cares about his customers is going to have many repeats. This place is about the diner being happy. Very refreshing and a solid good experience worth a stop at the Rogue River.

Thanks to Yelp, we found this gem of a restaurant. We were traveling up interstate 5 and looking for a good place to eat. After reading the reviews, we settled on Paisano's. We love going to local places owned and run by family. This was a real find! We enjoyed it so much that on our way back home (San Diego), we plan on stopping here again! Everything about this eatery was special, From the friendly, caring service provided by the owner, James, to the fresh bread that just came out of the oven, to the incredible delicious eggplant parmigiana and the flavorful pasta marinara. Oh yes, I can't forget the delicious homemade creme of mushroom soup that James just brought out for us to try. Everything was awesome! We are so looking forward to our trip home so we can get some more of James's fantastic, tasty wonderful home cooked Italian food!

A taste of Italy, everything is made from scratch. We tried the pasta, lasagna and ziti. But the highlight is the deserts try everything - tiramisu, lemon cake and hazelnut.

Great food. I was in town for a night and found this spot online 10 minutes before they closed. Called them up and ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with a side of garlic bread.. everything was well prepared and very tasty. The garlic bread was chewy, warm, soft and crunchy all at the same time.. perfection! My only complaint was that I should've ordered an extra meatball since I was sharing mine with my 2 year old.... he loved it as much as me.

Like Jay S., we are traveling through and used Yelp to find this gem. The whole family absolutely loved the pasta. The personal attention from the chef, including a sample of freshly made mozzarella, was a bonus. I had some excellent meat ravioli. Here are my kids' reviews: Kid 1: I ordered the fettuccini alfredo and it was incredible! My mom, who almost never eats pasta, could not stop inhaling it. It was also very filling, so I couldn't eat it all, but it came in a to-go box, so we didn't have to ask for them. My whole family gave the restaurant five stars! Kid 2: That was the best Italian i have ever had! You could tell just by looking at my shirt and mouth!

This restaurant is a gem! We drove around the area for an hour trying to find a place to eat dinner and were beyond impressed! The owner was super friendly, the food was fresh, flavorful and fairly priced! It is very clean and family friendly. We will Definatley be going back on our next trip to Oregon.

On a family vacation and turned to Yelp for a little guidance and we were not disappointed. Mom, Dad, and two boys 8 and 11 were all happy. Alfredo, super tasty sausage sandwich, pasta special with broccoli, outstanding marinara...and some to take home for later. All felt fresh and local. If and when we come this way again we'd surely swing by again.

An absolute must for locals and travelers on I-5! The food is fantastic and unique with insanely large portions. It's a good thing because the plates are delicious! I live in San Francisco, have eaten in Italy and all over the world....Yet impressed by this restaurant and chef! I ordered a special of spicy pumpkin gnocchi, prawns and arugula. LOVED this combo. The spice and bite of arugula was genius. The wine selection was also great. They use organic produce and also make amazing desserts. The chocolate gooey cake is the best I've ever had. I crave this food and will be stopping by on our next road trip through Oregon. Do yourself a favor and stop here with an appetite and desire for friendly service!

We go here at least twice per month (this is a lot for us as we are trying not to eat out too much) and always enjoy it. My favorite is the shrimp scampi (available as a special, usually once per week). The pizza is also very good (different from most pizzas) and also available as a special. If you can't eat wheat or gluten, they can provide most pasta dishes with a rice pasta for an added charge (takes a bit longer). I agree that the owner really cares about the food and wants to be sure that people enjoy the experience. Totally recommend this restaurant!

Really truly this place is great. My mom has lived in Rogue River for 11 years and after moving from Portland, we always joke that Rogue River has the worst food we have seen in a long time. We were blown away by this tiny eatery. It is family run, and the owner is passionate about good food. Each time we have gone in we have been offered generous samples. The spaghetti and meatballs are fabulous and hefty portion sizes allow for crazy-good midnight snacks!!!

Having lived in the Austrian Alps on the border of Italy and traveled throughout Italy, spent a couple weeks eating at every restaurant on the Sardinian coastline, I have had my fair share of amazing Italian food. Last year I also decided to splurge a little and had dinner at Mario Batali's Carnevino at the Palazzo--at a price worthy of his name; with all of that said, I would choose Paisano's for my ideal Italian dinner every time. The food is simple, honest, and unpretentious homestyle Italian executed exactly the way it should be, fresh and authentic.

Tasty. A little touch of North Beach in Southern Oregon. The staff was delightful and the food was plentiful and well executed. The Blueberry White Chocolate Bread Pudding was a sinfully delicious way to end the meal.

This is a lunch-counter style restaurant that serves food you would ordinarily find served over white tablecloths. The menu offers Italian standards as well as upscale Italian choices that are cooked to perfection. The wine selection is also very good, albeit limited. Even the pre-made salads are excellent. Don't be put off by the lack of candlelight and fine dinnerware. The food is outstanding.

  • Gregg G.

I love this place. Small intimate atmospher. Delicious food and huge servings. It's hard to spend more than $10 per person. Weather you're on a budget or just looking for some delicious each, don't miss this place. My favorite meal is the spaghetti bolognese. I travel a lot so I have the opportunity to you out. I tried this restaurant last year and have gone back again several times this year. Family-owned and operated consistency you can count on. Interesting atmosphere, you go up and order your meal at the cash register that it is delivered to your table. I guess that's how they keep the cost down. The spaghetti Bolognese is $8.75 and I'm a big eater but even I have trouble eating all of it. Read that, huge servings. Don't be turned off by how they serve their food, in a container box. You can eat in or take out.

Limited menu. More like a deli than a full service restaurant, but what they have is quite excellent. A few inside tables. Food is served in disposable boxes, or dishes, with plastic ware. Freshly made good Italian fare. Meatballs are excellent. So is the Arancini di Riso (though missing a few favorite ingredients). So nice to have decent Italian fare in

The food was delicious- home made, fresh ingredients and clearly cooked with a joy for Italian cuisine. Yes, it is unassuming and food is delivered in cardboard takeout box but portions are huge and the food very tasty. Accommodating and gracious owners. Made a tasty order specific panini sandwich for our daughter for $3 and an impromptu crustini appetizer for us adults. Overall- great gem of a place. Quality food for great price.

Just happened to see Paisano's in Rogue River. Absolutely delicious and so so fresh. Wasn't expecting much but we were amazed at how good the food was and will be going back. They are now serving dinner Friday and Saturday - what a treat in Rogue River. The owner is passionate about what is served and it shows - both in presentation and taste!

Some of these reviews are comical. It makes me think they're from friends and family they're so over the top. That being said this is a family run operation and I'm happy to support small businesses. The salads were nice and unexpected with fresh green and yellow squash as well as orange and yellow carrots. The Italian dressing was very tasty as well. The pasta was decent and the portions plentiful. We got there a bit too early (4:30) and many of the items were not ready yet. The eggplant parmesan was not the breaded sort but once I got past that it wasn't bad. All in all a fine experience and family friendly.

Holy Cow! This is the best Italian food I have ever tasted. No exageration. It's a smaill place located in a strip mall and the interior isn't much but it is clean. Once I took my first bite of food I was hooked. I had the spaghetti with spicy sausage and marinara. Everything is hand made using locally grown vegetables. The pasta dough is made fresh throughout the day and you know it when you taste it. Fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic. My roomate ordered fetticini alfredo and offered me a bite. Real smooth and creamy not grainy and we split a demi of garlic bread. Roasted garlic and real butter on a wonderful fresh made crusty bread. The food is served in take home containers so that the owner/chef isn;t spending his time on washing dishes. He's in the kitchen creating superbly delicious food. I had left overs that I took to work for lunch. I'll be coming back alot and recommending it to everyone I know. It's worth the trip to Rogue River.

My husband and I were traveling through rogue river and were recommended this eatery from our hotel. We are SO glad we got the chance to try it out because the food was amazing and so was the service! We actually got there after it had closed but the owner saw us and helped us anyway. It was the kind of service you get from an owner who genuinely cares about his customers, not that of a chain restaurant. We got the lasagna and the baked ziti, both were delicious! I hope we get the chance to visit the area again so we can try something else from the menu!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
